Real estate game Game landscape 1- The landscape in squares like Sim city 2- All buildings require a number of squares a- Houses One square b- Office one square 3- Apartment complex 4 squares 4- Shopping center small 4 squares ( 4 tenants ) 5- Shopping center Large 8 squares ( 8 tenants) The land scape is color coded ( Green House, Yellow office, Blue commercial ) I need roads around large square -- every 8 X 8 squares I need trees ( one square each spread out all over ), ponds one square spread out less than trees but all over ) Home page The game home page is a page with a logo Header --------- log in, register Log in---- user box, password box, for got my passord register--- first name, last name, email, user name , paypal email address, must click on have read and agree with terms and conditions( must Confirm their regular email to activate account ) Footer --- terms and condition ( I will provide ), contact us Visitor register, confirm email and log into game They can take the curser over squares , click and drage to select more than one square. Every time they are over an square, the price shows around the curser, the price adds up as they select more squares. Admin can set and change these square prices. The select the squares they want and click on "buy", they will be taken to paypal to finish the transaction. They are taken back to the game and they own the squares they purchaed. If someone takes the curser over these squares, they will sell the owners name instead of price. I can select a ffew criteria in admin that would increase the value of all properties in rreal time The options could be 1- Election time -- will lead to a 3% drop in values 2- up cycle1-- will lead to price going up by 2.5% calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days 3-Up cycle 2- will lead to price going up by 3.5%calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days 4-Up cycle 3- will lead to price going up by 4.5%calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days 5-down cycle1-- will lead to price going down by 2.5%calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days 6- down cycle 2- will lead to price going down by 3.5%calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days 4-down cycle 3- will lead to price going down by 4.5%calculated daily chnaged daily lasting a number of days I can change from 1 to 30 days add a couple of more criterias for up and down if you feel it would make the game more realistic Player dashboard They will see all the properties they own individually They can select to sell the property they select. The price will be the current price selected by game based on the criterias I selected ) Other players can buy the property when they take a curser over the squares by seeing the "Buy" option. They are taken to paypal and the OWNER of the property will get the money from paypal. Future expansion This is for long term relationship. You must be able to continue working on the game for further improvements and changes on an hourly rate basis.
