Hi, I require someone with technical writing experience to write a users manual for our custom software. This will include using a MS Word template, performing screen captures and documenting everything from the initial setup of the software to configuration of each area of the website software solution. The final product must be provided to me in MS Word format. It is expected that the manual will be approximately 75-100 pages due to the number of screen captures required to illustrate the software. Milestones will be distributed according to the following schedule: No milestone on initial award, initial milestone will be created once writer provides first 5-10 pages as proof of writing skill. Initial milestone will be 50% of project and will be released on receipt of half of the writing. The second milestone (final) will be created at that time and released once we receive the final manual. These milestone conditions are firm, please do not bid if you will not abide by these milestones, my employer reputation speaks for my seriousness and ability to pay.

I can only work on this if this can be made an hourly project...Reason: Fixed project cuts a flat fee of $10 without even starting to work...hourly project cuts fees on milestones...that is why
