Create a Very Simple Icon

Want a simple and elegant icon done. It should be legible in 64 X 64, 48 X 48, 32 X 32 sizes and in two different color combinations. The icon should be a tag with the Indian rupee symbol on it. See attached images. Make sure that the tag has rounded corners. The rupee symbol should be a glowing green in one and grey in the other. The tag could be teal, or an elegant orange -- you choose a good color (that is not blue). I expect this to be a very simple 30$ job done in one day.
