Do you have a firm understanding of Kissmetrics and the eye for detail when evaluating and split testing landing pages? We are a well established photography site and seeking someone long term who will be continuously split testing and optimizing landing pages through out our site. You must have excellent understanding of principles behind human behavior on web pages, and know how to optimize every pixel on the page. You will be working with our programmers and designers. Other software we have included: Google Analytics and CrazyEgg. If you have the skills we are seeking and up for the challenge with a great company. Then respond with your hourly, experience and why you should be considered for this position.

I have a great experience increasing Wavestack's conversion rate on their landing page, from 4% to 9% (Visit- User) conversion in no more than 2 weeks, doing AB Testing using Optimizely. Also I have full understanding on how to improve KPI's by analysing stats on Crazy egg... Changing a color or decreasing from 3 to just 1 call to action in the landing page can truly change what the user is doing (or not). We can talk more about the details of what exactly you are looking for, and know why you have to hire me, and not other random guy. As I said before im an entrepreneur, looking to make some extra money. Now working with Wavestack as COO, and looking for a round of investment in the next 2 months.
