Logo Design - Windsor Crest/Plasterer

Hi, my client needs a logo design. She wants either the windsor family crest (royalty - is their copyright on this though?) or a symbol that symbolises plastering (construction sector - plastering walls and painting). Client has a max budget of $30. Job is pretty urgent. But also very simple logo and clear instructions. They attached LBP logo will be going near it on all their marketing material - but not required in the logo. The font on attached "logo+colours006" doc is called magic spell and they like this font (though it was to go with a windsor crest and they said if they can get an image similar to what is on here (plastering image) then they would rather have that as their logo. I could possibly get an illustrator to recreate a similar image to this and send this on once a logo freelancer is sorted. The words under the windsor contracting name is their tagline - this could either be as a sentence or split up with bullets or marks between each, but to sit under the logo heading.
