Logo Designing (Relisting)

This is my second posting for the same project. THe webadmin of [login to view URL] has canceled the original project. They want me to list it as a feature listing of "$25" for the project whos budget is 25-30$. What are they thinking? I need a logo for a company called "T-O-P-A-H-E-A-D" (the name on the logo should not have the "-". This is a Global Outsourcing Company. I would like to have a professional Logo artwork. It has to be ORIGNAL, unique, creative, innovative and very eye catchy. This logo will be used on a variety of things, so keep the logo in the mind. It needs to be recognizable. Not too complex. Ideally I want the logo to stand out (cannot stress this enough), look professional, and have the ability to eventually become a recognizable symbol. I want to see drafts / mock up from each bidder. The mockup I like best will be the winner, However, for your protection feel free to put a watermark on it, or even give me a rough sketch (but understand, its in your best interest to resent me your best work) With logos I can usually tell right away if "it's the winner" also along with the sample logo, please show me somehow (either link or attachment) your logo portfolio. My budget for this is $25-$30. Anything over will be removed.
