Redesign site like another website (Responsive)

Note current website is already a responsive template as well. Require a web developer that can rewrite our sites css and html to look like another website. This is mainly a HTML and CSS (responsive layout) project so experience with media queries will be required. Site is based on Smarty Templates (tpl) though you should not need to modify any code. The following are the requirements that must be met for the project to be marked complete: A) Site design change to match the given example plus on the search results page the search header is static while scrolling (like youtube) B) Site must be responsive on different screen sizes like the given example > Desktop and Tablet same design > Mobile responsive design should be like glassdoor and only available on mobile devices only C) Cross browser compatibility testing will be done on the following browsers: (1) Apple IPhone and IPAD (2) Chrome (3) Internet Explorer 7 to latest (4) Firefox (5) Android (standard mobile and tablet) (6) Safari Site must work in all above browsers.
