I want the layer below the menu at the top to appear when one hovers over it. and when one moves away from the layer then hide it again (initially it should be hidden) Then when the page is shown in mobile size (responsive css) then show the layer formatted downwards so that there is only one column per row.

Hi. I have downloaded the attached image and understand how you want the layer to be shown on mouse hover and hidden on mouse out. Also, I will deliver the responsive css for mobile view so that all the columns are aligned below one another so that on mobile view there is just 1 column with all the items in the layer.
