Build a new platform on a Website

We are planning to launch a platform (similar to Tripadvisor) where you can find & rate international Fitnessstudios, personaltrainers and nutrionists. Each company should be presented on one single page, where we can add information about the studio/company (address, phone, website etc.) and where users can rate and comment the appropriate service. We are looking for a webdesigner, who is able to build a website with following features: - Search per country/region - Search per category (Fitnessstudios, personaltrainer, nutrionists, option for more in future) - Search via map - Client Login (mandatory to rate the companies) - Possibility to upload photos - different rating-categories (will be provided by us) - website in German and English - Space for ads (to be placed in future) - Option for direct bookings in future (book an appointment at a nutrionist or personaltrainer) We will need the main infrastructure to be built up by a webdesginer or expert. It is important, that we are able to "feed" the website by ourselves with all relevant data (add categories, change rate-categories etc.) That means a user-friendly back-end to handle without programming Knowledge (HTML, CSS etc.) should be the base of this website.
