Build a Website in Wordpress for an artist

I want a site created in wordpress for a friend that is an artist, a painter. I want the website if possible created with a $50 template form template monster, something that is goodlooking, but not too much. The artist is more like a popular / social artist. I want the ability to setup products in a shopping cart (woocommerce) and sell them using paypal account. The site needs to be in 2 languages (english and spanish). The bidder needs to build the site in english and we will provide the translation to spanish, but it needs to automatically detect the language of the visitor and direct him/her to the correct version of the site. Please include the word "peperoni" in your bid proposal so I know you read all this description. We need this fast and with acceptable budget.
