CakePHP 1.2.5 web upgrade 2

I have ready CakePHP version 1.2.5 website, I need to upgrade it to newest CakePHP version 2.6.2 and fix some errors OR remake it on Ruby on Rails and add some extra features. I have ready DB. In case of good cooperation I have more web's like this to fix later. Work to do: 1) Need to upgrade CakePHP version from 1.2.5 to newest 2) Need to FIX WEB design according design .PSD files, that all designed things is included in WEB. Need to add slideshow from [login to view URL] to be edited by CMS, can add and change PNG pictures, that are switching, and numbers shows up like if there is 7 png, then is numbers from 1-7 3) Need to fix MySQL DB to get it nice and totally working, all relationships etc 4) Need to FIX CMS, because now there is some errors 5) Need to FIX language changing, that it works totally 6) Need to Add map and nice contact form in Contacts section 7) Need to FIX friendly URLS, because now that /pakalpojumu_kategorija/ is not looking nice, maybe better is to make it like /kategorija/ and editable in CMS 8) Need to add some CakePHP SEO optimization 9) Need to fix text fields, that text looks more nice like in 2015 Maybe like in wordpress theme wunderkind: [login to view URL] Basicaly improve fonts for all headlines and texts, that after they look more nicer, maybe another text editor 10) Also need to make some more nice looking text decoration 11) Need to add: Follow as in twitter, follow us in facebook in some nice place in main design 12) Top sections come visible only after rollover You can check website: [login to view URL]
