Create eyeglasses graphic from low resolution photo

Graphically design a pair of heart-shaped glasses in high definition on a white background. The base photo is Attachment A. Then shade the glasses like in Attachment B (the arms of the glasses will not be seen thru the lenses). Size is approximately 8x10 inches. The heart-shaped glasses should complement the glasses in Attachment C. Anticipate numerous small changes to get to the desired product. Attention to detail and quality work is more important than a rapid response. Prefer final product is rendered in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop if possible.
