Create Image and Normal Map

I need large image (i.e.1600x1600) of paintball splatter along with a normal map for each. The splat image, white, transparent background 2. The normal map, also with a transparent background 3. Images will be 1600x1600 4. All work must be original. If you need to use a derivative, all rights must transfer to me for commercial use. 5. This is work for hire -- all rights and ownership transfer to me Please share with me similar work that you have completed. If any of these conditions are restrictive, please let me know.
