Design and Build website for IT services company

We are a ITServices/product development company based out of Atlanta, GA. We need website design and development help. Website would contain mostly static pages. We want different layout on different pages and ability to add more pages to a category as we expand our services. It should be easy and seamless to publish add/edit or remove content. Website should be mobile friendly and should load quick. We would have one usual contact us page, which should be able to send emails to us. Please send the link to work you have done and please respond only if you are immediately available to start work. We would decide on awarding by end of day tomorrow and hoping to get the website done by end of next week. As this is a fairly simple website, 1 week should be more than enough for a decent developer/designer to put this in place. We will provide the logo - so that need not be designed. We will look at how you have laid out pages in your current work, how pages have been laid out and how you would design to add for addition of content and templates that you would provide for it. We need to be able to add customer success stories and upload white papers - which could be downloaded by clients.
