Hi, I need an webdesigner with experience in graphic, PHP and CSS to redesign (exactly) this web page: [login to view URL] I need to redesign it from zero in Adobe Illustarator (or similar software) and then export it to PHP. The most important goal is to make the webpage resonsive for any webbrowser from PC, Tablet, Smartphone. The webpage should have the same look like here [login to view URL] on any device or browser, but to be responsive. In the end I expect from the webdesigner to provide me a PHP page which I can test it on any webbrowser and any device. (redesigned from zero, NOT COPIED THE ORIGINAL SOURCE CODE). Will be some parts that will be removed, but I will explain all over the project is award. Please do not bid if you can not complete the project in 24hours.
