Fork website based on new design on Wordpress

An existing website needs to be forked based on a new design: - The new design is existing (general layout, example of subpage, there is no exact design of each subpage). Content needs to be transferred and adjusted (e.g. graphics review). - New page will be based on Wordpress, you will receive the base design (not sliced, just the design) + a link to the existing homepage + a sitemap + a wordpress login - The page has about 30 pages in 3 languages which need to be migrated. Requirements: - Project needs to be completed as soon as possible. Please post appropriate completion times & the amount of people who can work on the projects within your description. - The transfer of the subpages should be of high quality: this part of the job will require some design skills - There are multiple contact forms on the page which require to initially send an email, - Page must be 100% mobile friendly Milestones & Timeline: - Project will start 15th of March or earlier - Milestone 1 : Migrate current page with one language to new design and create/design/implement subpages (60% of budget) - Milestone 2 : Create different language pages, should be based on WordPress (one generic page, different translations) (15% of budget) - Milestone 3 : Implement changes and remarks (15% of budget) - Milestone 4 : Create a documentation (usability and implemented features) Please do only bid if you have the resources to fulfill the job.
