The initial main tasks are: - Image editing / design - Video editing / design - Website design - E-mail design - Article design - Facebook ad and Instagram images design We are a tiny team with colossal experience and talent. If you're looking for fun, creativity and an immeasurable learning experience, you will get it from us. If you're merely looking for making a buck, swipe left. We need a Graphic Designer with an unthinkable creative mind, an eye for eye-catching visuals and the hands of Micheal Angelo. An overly talented and surprising individual who turns rock looking images into diamonds attracting all its viewers. Someone able to inspire through her/his visual creations. But also able to tell a story that turns viewers into curious visitors and visitors into hungry buyers for our e-commerce business. Experience in making stunning visuals and working in the e-commerce or advertising industry is a must. This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9). Work will be spread from Monday to Fri, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. We are planning to hire full time on a monthly fee. You must answer the following questions to be considered 1. What are the 5 most important trait of an image for an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram? 2. What colors would you choose to design a website? And why? 3. How would you visually convey emotions through an image that has no faces? 4. What is the most relevant work in your portfolio? 5. What are your availabilities throughout the week?

Hello, I am Thaigon, a brazilian designer, transcriptor and translator, and you just got me with the first words, the hook, "Creativity and immeasurable learning experience", geez. A message, i mean, a message is what we all hope to send, with my identity, your identity, the identity of your brand. I mean, a tiny team? Monet and Turner. Michealangelo and Leonardo di Vinci A tiny team, per say I want to give inspiration, and, to be honest, get inspiration too. I want to tell a history, if its mine, if its from someone who can't put up words, lines or even splashes of what they want, but when they hear, is like KURO KURO in their ears (Bad joke eeeh?). I am always brainstorming, but what is a mind without a body? I want to get experience, from experience i will to build my path, seek visuals. What i hope from a campaign, is to connect, provide, receive, attract, and of course, hold. Giving color, giving noir, to translate the message. I understand that the importance of an image in an advertisement is the translation between what the client want, what the client hope, and what the people seek, why would you click that? If you start from a consumer perspective, you will find your way. The identity, the attraction and the hold of the attention. The palette, the color and conveying the emotion, like translation, on impact, identity and feel, our eyes have stereotypical schemes for each emotion conveying, the contrast, the balance and the relation between color theory.
