Indesign, Photoshop wording replacement into a .pdf file

We have a cartoon file made out of 6 .pdf pages in French language. We have the translation in Spanish language that need to be inserted to the correct bubbles with similar cartoon fonts. Provided : Original .pdf cartoon in French language + Translation in Spanish language word file. Expected : .pdf cartoon in Spanish language Content : 2'096 words to be replaced correctly into the cartoon. See attached sample of page 1 of the original .pdf file. Specialist need to know perfectly : 1/ How to modify and replace .pdf file content 2/ Fonts to use the same type of existing cartoon fonts (not provided) This is a simple project, we have a limited budget and any offer with a price proposal over $90 will be immediately discarded.
