I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I need a website with the following details. 1. It has 3 roles a) admin, b) editor, c) user 2. User will enroll to website and can post articles of different categories, jobs, reviews etc. 3. For each user post, user will earn points and an optional cash credit. 4. Website should be enabled with Google Adsense revenue as well. 5. For those ads whichever the revenue comes from posts, respective user will get a share of 30% 6. All those posts from users will be reviewed by editors (users will eventually becomes editors by admins choice) and either accepts to be shown public to world in the site or otherwise declines with comments to respective user to modify. 7. Such posts as said in point #6 will be reviewed by user and resends for approvals. 8. A forum should be part of website where users can initiate threads and others can comment. 9. Provision to awards, announcement, competations wil happen in website. 10. There are other options too which I can tell you once we engage
