Hi There, I have read your requirements and I can implement the feature which you are looking for in your store. So, basically you want to disable checkout button until customer has reached a minimum purchase amount. For example say, minimum amount is $50 then if customer adds product of $30 then he will see a message that he needs to add product of more of $20 value to his cart in order to enable checkout button.
