A client can: buy one case or a number of cases in bulk For each case bought the client can give a description, credential to login on another web site, upload some files. A client should receive a notification when the expert gives an answer to a case. The client should be able to open a page dedicated to that particular case. From the case page, The client can ask for free a clarification. From the case page, the client can request the first review for free. The request of the review contains the same information of the case creation: subject, description, files in attachment. From the case page, the client can pay to request more reviews. The expert should receive a notification when there is a new case, the expert should be able to see all the case which require an answer. The exper should be able to add a comment to a case or a review including a text description and attachments. Possibly, the answer should contain video .
