Marketing Assistant

Hello, I am looking for someone who REALLY knows how to market, get leads, drive traffic to websites and generate sales. I have a publishing company - we publish novels, novelettes, novellas and collectable books online and in print format. I am looking for a competent marketing assistant who can generate sales of the books as well as attract authors to submit their own works for publications (unlike many publishing companies, authors never pay anything to have their books published). Qualifications: - MUST speak AND write in perfect English. Prefer those whose first language is English. - Must have knowledge of Internet marketing Our Needs: We are a fairly new business and need help with marketing to get our site and books more publicity and sales. We also want to attract more authors to submit their books for publication consideration. The goal of the marketing assistant is to focus on getting us the most positive attention, attract customers and authors, and generate sales. Duties: As a marketing professional, you should already know the duties, but basically anything to do with building up our presence. This can include postings, selling ads for the website or newsletter, blogs, campaigns and so on. To apply: - In your proposal, tell me about your marketing background and give me some ideas of how you would go about promoting our publishing business. Specifically, how you would target marketing for novels and attracting authors. - Bids more than $25 will NOT be considered. This first job is a test run to see how the marketing assistant works out.
