500 PR 4 and higher + PERMANENT one-way backlinks required

Hi, I require 500 x PR 4 and higher + PERMANENT one-way backlinks. Need good average distribution between PR4 and PR 8 (please ensure you provide in your list the PR of each site you used), 2 anchor texts per link. I will provide you with the necessary Key Phrases to be used as anchor texts. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days..Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.
