Seeking an independent programmer who possesses the skills and experience required to cost effectively and efficiently complete all coding of an app for the iPhone. The app will a LITE/FREE version which is simply a digital deck of 5 game cards, and and it also contains an imbedded affiliate link. In addition, we will want to produce upgrades for sale that are merely expansions of the initial card deck in 25 card increments. We will provide all of the screen shots and graphics required for the UI. We will only entertain bids directly from an independent programmer, who must also be based in the USA, speak proficient English, and can communicate effectively with us via video conferencing, as well as phone, email, text message etc. The initial bid must be for the LITE fully functioning version together with the first 25 card upgrade package. Please do not reply if you do not meet all of the aforementioned requirements.
