Seeking an individual who can help me launch Italian Fast Food Restaurant

Hi there, I am starting a fast food Italian Restaurant in Canada. We want to develop food recipes that are proven concept already in Italy that means the food recipe must be from a restaurant that is very popular in the city for three things (pasta, pizza, and lasagna). Each can be from a different restaurant. I want someone who can help me get this either through consultation, referral leads or setting up leads with local restaurant/chef. I have three restaurants where I have eaten in Rome would consider them exactly want I want and I would be happy to share that with you. If are successful in getting the leads then I would be visiting Rome to get the recipes that will be written in a training manual format as well as video recorded for our employee training.
