Need Install Script or Other Install Software

As an application packager this is what I do on a daily basis - unattended installations and deployments. We could use Inno Setup, Nullsoft , InstallBuilder or even a powershell script which installs & uninstalls PostgreSQL, java silently and the executable as well. The script method would be the least costly. I will only need the installation media for the 3 progams above.

I design Windows Installers (MSI) and automate installers for mass distribution and I have packaged/designed/supported hundreds of installers within my career. This is my first time to work as a freelancer and I am looking forward to receive more projects if given the opportunity. I will use an industry standard tool for packaging this file (similar to Installshield) and you will need a tool to open it, inspect and see how it looks if you want to do the upgrade by yourselves. That will be the equivalent of the source code that you need because this is not coding. I will create a step-by-step doc for the free alternative.
