Ajax insert/update scripts php/mysql

The scripts I need, so I can use through my application 1. Insert form sample (lets say adding a person to the database) 2. Update form sample 3. Php script sample to send data to database Form example FIRST NAME SURNAME ADDRESS CITY and a select menu eg. Type of work The scripts 1. Collect data from user input 2. Send data to a php script for insert/update into mysql database 3. Then load the form again into same DIV, so another person can be added 4. Scripts must be lightweight 5. Must have sufficient security in validating form and php inserts/updates to prevent SQL injections 6. Be compatible with BBQ (most jquery stuff seems to be, but the mals form plugin I was using, wasn't). I envisage getting: 1. Sample form for insert/update 3. php scripts to add/update database
