MUST USE WHAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE IN PLACE!!!! CANNOT DEVIATE FROM CURRENT CODE. The object is when one of the selections are made from the dropdown selection, the value of 'x' will be added to a hidden text box for each selection (example Full-time selected, the value of 'x' will go in hidden box 1; Part-time selected, the value of 'x' will go in hidden box 2; PRN selected, the value of 'x' will go in hidden box 3); with other hidden boxes having NO VALUE or BLANK "". The hidden boxes db value are: hidden box1 - value=" hidden box2 - value=" hidden box3 - value=" Here's the tricky part. The hidden boxes that hold the value of 'x' will also have to be sent to the db to echo its' current value (example: value=") wheres the value 'x' will now show up in the db as the 'label_discipline'. The Result = Full-Time: x. So whereever Full-Time status is shown, the letter 'x' will show, etc.... This is how the db information is relayed (example) of part of our form that we have in place:
