laravel developer working direct

we have website with 5 languges we need make those changes: 1) spread the website languges like mirror website - each one need panel to edit. for now is working with one database and is not good for seo. so we want spread it and is shuld be like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) need fix error if have - maybe the code mass litel bit so need make it good and friendly 3) need make the website good editor - for now the editor cant edit inner page just images and titles so we must editor for edit pages inner - text and all other good control shuld be. maybe like wordpress editor - is will be good. 4) at admin panel need by google analitics view. 5) loading animation at home page - shuld be make it working wall. sometimes is working duble. 6) code insert for one function (copy paste code need to do) 7) admin panel - need make it friendly than now. 8) the slidshow at home page not good for use and for website. need improve it. becuse we spend a lot time and money for that website we loking for the cheapest developer can do that with high level skills and fast working direct. thanks. who will win that project can be option to build the landing page of it.
