MTCN money transfer creation

This project is in two ways, the part for users is full php Laravel and the other part for Merchant is full Laravel Livewire. 1. Create MTCN – Module a. User or Merchant can send MTCN; if payment is successful a Token number (12) will be generated. And the amount + fees will be debited from his wallet. A.1. When initiating MTCN transactions, check (available Balance, check regions/countries where we have agent for payout, check users daily limit) (target in DB merchants_rev ) b. Create Module where the receipt and MTCN would be stored for future reference. c. Agent Can Receive Money in MTCN. Agent get the token generated from the sender, after imputing the Generated token, confirmation ID number of the receiver would be imputed ( required), after confirming, Agent can click withdraw to move Money Enter Agent Wallet ( if currency different from agent base wallet, exchange converter apply). d. Create Module where the receipt and MTCN would be stored for future reference.
