Joomla Minisite

Hi Guys I need quick joomla minisite for my client. Background The site is for product promoters and temp staff. We have already shortlisted a template for ourselves - "Grid" by Joomla Bamboo. We need few functionalities to be developed to make the template adaptable for our needs. Overview: I am looking for a simple and quick yet classy looking site. Nothing too fancy in terms of functionalities. To put it in 3 lines 1. Students upload their images to work as promoters/ part time salesmen etc. 2. Admin sets the price for each promoter based on their personality and experience. 3. Clients browse through the info and inform admin what candidates they are interested in. The functionalities: 1. Registration: There would be two distinct registrations - one for candidates and one for clients. 1.a - Candidates need to fill in certain information and upload their photographs. 1.b - Clients need to fill in company details and logos. 2. Client front end functionalities: 2.a search candidates based on various parameters. the output of the search is candidate thumbnails with names. 2.b create multiple lightboxes (as in [login to view URL]) 2.c shortlist candidates for various jobs and store photographs of various promoters/ temp staff in various light boxes 2.d select candidates and send an email to admin to indicate interests for the candidates. 2.e click on images to see enlarged photographs of candidates. 3. Admin functionalities 3.a Approve all registration (clinet and candidate) manually. 3.b approve publishing of all photographs of candidates 3.c Add hourly rates for various candidates. 3.d Admin should have complete control over various content on the site. 4. Additionals 4.a Use captcha to avoid automated registrations. 4.b Emails with tokens to confirm email addresses for both candidates and clients. 4.c Clients should not see the contact details of candidates.
