Add customer account gamification system to Magento 1.9

I need a solution to allow for an expansion of customer profile data and include gamification approach with badges to encourage customer social interaction within the Magento store. The only bids that will be considered will have a reference to gamification that has been completed in the last year. All generic responses will not be considered. Please ask questions to clarify the requirement.
