I'm currently seeking a Business Development Manager who can help me reach out to healthcare distributors across Africa, with the goal of generating sales leads for us. Your primary focus will be on all Africa. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Experience in the healthcare industry: You will greatly benefit from an understanding of healthcare products and services in Africa as well as existing relationships with healthcare distributors. - Strong sales and negotiation skills: A successful candidate will be able to engage with potential clients effectively, negotiate deals and close sales. - Knowledge of the African market: Knowledge of the healthcare market in Africa will be a huge advantage. This includes an understanding of the regulatory environment, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Your key targets will include: - Increasing sales by a certain percentage: Your role will be pivotal in helping us drive revenue and meet our sales targets. - Generating a specific number of leads per month: I expect you to create a steady stream of quality leads that can be converted into sales. - Expanding our market reach to new regions: You will need to identify and target new regions where we could establish a presence and generate sales. Your work will have a direct impact on our growth and market presence in Africa. I am looking for someone who is proactive, has a good understanding of the industry, and is able to deliver on revenue and lead generation targets.
