Picture It - A poster that has the ability to update the text displayed via a smartphone app.

We are looking for an engineer to design and document the mechanical features required in order to make this product a reality. We are wanting to build a physical product which will resemble a typical poster hung on a wall. This ‘poster’ will be called “Picture it”. The unique element of this product is the user can change the text displayed on the poster via a smart phone application. In order to reduce manufacturing costs, the poster should not be a digital display. Meaning, the functionality of changing the letters that are being displayed will likely require a mechanical approach instead of digital. The dimensions of the product are 24” inches wide, 36” inches heigh (standard movie poster size), with a depth of less than 2” inches.
