MT4 Alerts for Indicators

Hi I want an indicator Alert for Moving Averages of 8 & 20 MA. Specifically I use Linear Weighted MA as opposed to Exponential MA. Basically when the 8 Linear Weighted MA crosses below or above 20 Linear Weighted MA I want an Alert. I would also like an ADX alert in conjunction with the MA cross alert. For example when the 8 MA crosses above or below 20 MA alot of time it's not above level 25 in ADX but a warning that it will climb above 25 in ADX. If you can combine the cross alert which is One alert and when the price reaches above 25 ADX which is the Second alert that would be great. My most important Indicator alert would be when the 8 MA crosses the 20 MA because that'll alert me to when price would potentially go past 25 but I would like both the cross alert and ADX 25 alert if possible. Remember I use Linear Weighted MA so it's slightly different than Exponential or Simple MA.
