I have wrote several mobile applications for blackberry, android and ios devices. To build an application to stream radio broadcasts are quite simple. Adding in a play and pause button is very simple and would take me a day to complete per device since they use different programming techniques from each other. So you will have 3 version of your apps in 3 days and I could throw in a windows 8 app for the same description if it fits your budget..
