Hello, Basically its a dynamic display of image based on certain conditions and smartphone type/model ? And the central you mentioned, I suppose its a API to interact with your database and the app ? Is your API already giving the desired images to show in app based on phone model ? Like send the model to the API and it will fetch the images from database and output it n JSON ? My bid is considering you have a API built ready and what I need to do is create the app, image viewer/display and beep notification as required by the API and the text field to send request/message to the database. If you need a API built though, the charges for it will be extra. Reply me back if you want to discuss the projects and how I can develop it in more details. Regards
