I need to convert a long page my designers have created into a responsive webpage that works on desktop and mobile. It will be a landing page that is placed under my current wordpress website. The desktop version should look just like the file (included is jpg version of one of the files). There is a total of 4 of such jpgs. The page should resize responsively to fit mobile phones. All text needs to be text, not graphic. There is a difficult level here in that the text is all in CHINESE. As I will be providing the actual Adobe Illustrator file, all text can be lifted from there. Relevant font files will be included as well.
