APK Android with back office PHP Mysql

( fixing = blocking or decide on a price) ************* Introduction: Android User purchase tomatoes and with android app send the weight amount they purchased to the admin ( web app/back office ) the admin look at it and reply with a price. The information is sent to the android user. Admin will enter the price in USD /Oz but the info will be displayed in USD /Gr EUR/Gr USD oz or USD gr ( conversion USD EUR avaialable with Json ) depending the setup of each user. To keep things simpler, No login password, access code used. No store publishing only APK needed. Splash screen provided. Source needed.
