Create a Tumblr blog - Mobile Friendly

I need my Tumblr blog designing and setting up. I want this to be a personal blog about my fitness journey to achieving total fitness. My ambition is to have my perfect tight butt! I need a name but has to be personal something like mission tight butt and it must be fun. Visual with the ability to add photos and slides and video. This will also be occasionally referred back to my by business website so this must be good and well setup. I hope to use this as a means for people to get to know the real me as my business is Virtual and this is extremely important.
