Mobile Web Chat Page prototype

Looking for an experienced Javascript mobile web developer who is also expert in CSS3, AngularJS, SPA applications, Bootstrap, RequireJS, Jquery Mobile frameworks Attached please find the snapshot [login to view URL] The prototype needs to be a front end HTML, CSS, Javascript template (not actual functioning is necessary) the prototype needs to be function as described in the diagram. The prototype needs to be SPA (single page application) but using [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (which loads the above templates) and load static data from JSON files [login to view URL], [login to view URL] The tabs shown in the diagram needs to be swipable with finger and chat list needs to be scrilled up and down...and tabs needs to be pinned as they scroll up and the tabs will be moved down when scrolled down images and template look and feel should be matched need to use AngularJS, RequireJS, BootstrapJS, JQueryMobile and could use any other frameworks if necessary
