Write an iOS game similar to flappy bird

The idea would be to create a simple scrolling platform iphone game similar to flappy bird but with some key differences I would provide to the successful applicant. I myself work in IT and have a technical background but no app creation qualifications. I have been a project manager so I know how to work well with consultants on projects which I believe will come in handy during this project. The game would be for the current iphone iOS only. The game would consist of only two levels and the game would start with 3 lives. Additional lives would cost money. The game will be free to download. The levels themselves will only take 3-5 minutes max to complete but will be difficult for the game player so there won't be a lot of artwork, content etc to create. The game will be simple, basically consist of a character that you would need to create based on my more detailed information later, and that character has to navigate certain obstacles in a sideways scrolling manner to make it to the end of the 3 minutes of the level. The game will work on both the basis of a gold coin point system and also varying degrees of difficulty to accumulate them during the gameplay. Basically the layout of the 2 levels will be very basic. The character in the game will be encountering the same coloured obstacles laid out in different manners to obstruct the player, so that means less design work. Having said that, even though i believe the game is simple, I would like the game to look clean, professional and be bug free. You would also be repsonsible for helping deliver sound effects, artwork, and ultimately helping me publish the app online so I can commence receiving income from the app if it's successful.
