Video streaming like twitch (NodeJS)

We need a NodeJS application that has 2 endpoints. The first endpoint is for the user that is going to start streaming. This user will press a button and it will enable their camera & audio & they will stream. This needs to be a one-way socket. If multiple hit this endpoint at once it should create multiple streams. The second endpoint is going to be for users that want to view the streaming. They shouldn't be able to start streaming, but only view the streaming based on a parameter. If a user joins a stream that's been going for 30 minutes it should start at the current time. When the streamer is done it needs to save their streaming video as a file locally. The streamer also needs to be able to change their background while streaming
