Advanced Consultant in Intune, Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, GPO´s, Defender for Endpoint or for Business

Hello, We are an IT Services company in Spain. We are looking for a partner to help us in different projects all of them on Microsoft 365 and Azure in Microsoft Cloud. We are looking for a long term collaboration. The projects are going to be focused on the implementation of Best Practices in Microsoft 365 environments and also implementations or migrations to Azure or Microsoft 365. The tasks of the projects can be the following: - Scripting with Powershell. Expert Level. - Azure AD Connect Expert (Hybrid, Password Writeback, Sync Users and Devices, etc...). - Mail migrations to Microsoft 365. Expert level. - New implementations of Microsoft 365. Expert Level. - Best practices in Microsoft 365. Expert Level. - Security and Compliance best practices. Expert Level. - Best practices in Intune and working with Endpoint Manager with Expert Level. - New deployments and best practices in Defender for Endpoint or Business. Expert Level. Microsoft SC-200 certification recommended. - Security score improvement in Microsoft 365 and Azure. - User Profile Migration (USMT) on Windows 10 or 11. Expert level. - Migration of virtual servers to Azure. Expert Level. - Remote Desktop or Azure Virtual Desktop setup in Azure for ERP. Expert Level. - Confidentiality Labels or Data Loss Prevention labels. Expert Level. - Microsoft Teams Voice Specialty and Microsoft Teams Administrator. Expert Level. - Sharepoint Expert Level. Need to be available from 8:00AM to 8:00PM in Spain, GMT+2 in summer and GMT+1 in winter. Occasionally, availability will be needed for some projects on weekends and some extended hours after 8:00PM may also be required. Preferably and importantly, people from a country above GMT+2. It is also highly valued that the person has knowledge of Spanish and English language. Certifications will be recommended: - MS100 - MS101 - MS500 - SC200 - SC300 - SC400 - SC100 - MS700 and MS720 It will also be recommended and well valued, high experience in IT Infrastructures for the resolution of incidences and migrations with: - Microsoft Windows Server. - Active Directory Domain Services. - DNS. - Firewalls. - VPN. - Endpoint Security. - Networking, VLAN's, Qos, etc... - SQL Server Administrator. - Vmware Vsphere. - Hyper-V - Backup - RMM (NinjaRMM, Kaseya VSA, etc...) This is a long term job, we are looking to complement our internal service. For that reason, please exclude people who do not have a real expert level. The above experience will need to be demonstrated.
