First of all, create a current distribution diagram and proceed with the schematic and PCB layout design based on it. See you need a DC/DC power engineer, looks like a battery charger, I have even built a Joule Counter this was many years ago, it was so we can monitor the SoH and SoC of the battery. There are several design considerations here, once its modular base, where we can use a Generic RPI or similar boards (I can write code) and plug into the DC/DC board, these boards are just signal control and used to receive feedback. I can have it mfg. if you like and ship it (TESTED) to you, if you need some kind of certification I have contacts to do that with the companies directly. I read the description and I can - Pick up details - Design a printed circuit board, including a multilayer one - Order production, choose a factory of your choice, calculate the logistics of components, I have the opportunity to check the device Depending on the selected controller, I can write the firmware. More details are needed to understand what marginal voltages are possible in the device, Is it really 96 volts or is it for measuring in both directions. Given the need for monitoring, we can programmatically calculate the amount of energy in joules, knowing the time, voltage and current. And no need to fence separate joule counts.
