Overview This is a short project for someone who is familiar with CGI scripting. World Acumen needs this type of project done on a regular basis and is looking for developers who are good and reliable. An open source formmail script is provided as a starting point: Formmail Script (ZIP file) They are: 1. General Application 2. Driver Application It basically just needs to be configured. Once the script is finished we will add our server details and install it. It can be tested with the information provided below. A user enters their personal information into the fields on one of two employment applications and clicks on a Submit button. The information gets sent to a predefined email address. Both employment applications are similar. One of them has several different employment areas (Driver, Maintenance, Service, etc..) Depending on which they select will determine who the email is sent to: Driver : [login to view URL] Maintenance : [login to view URL] etc.. A carbon copy of every email must be sent to: [login to view URL] The first and last name of the Applicant and the position they are applying for must show up in the "Subject" area of the email. The email should be formatted with a 11pt arial font in an easy to read format with section headers. Here is an example of the general page layout with a few fields.
