Background Removal and Compositing in Photoshop

We will have several hundred photos of people performing martial arts techniques. They will be shot over a blue background. They will need to be cut out and then placed on 1 of 10 backgrounds that we will provide. Once placed on these new backgrounds, shadows and reflections will need to be digitally added where appropriate. Attention to detail is crucial as the composited images should look as real and natural as possible. We will provide instruction via a spreadsheet for each person so you will know exactly which photo goes on which background. Turnaround time should be as soon as possible. We will be shooting the photography all next week (Nov 26 - Dec 1) and will send each day as they are completed. We would need all the finals done and sent back by December 10th.
