I need someone experienced with PayPal and 2Checkout payment integration and forms and databases, I have a script which I want to charge recurring billing for to have access to, it already has a billing system but a fairly bad one, this billing system needs to signup people to the system automatically and approve them, send them emails to approve registration, PayPal needs to use an IPN for security. You need to be highly experienced with PayPal and 2Checkout recurring billing to do this, I need 3 billing systems: One totally free for my existing members One for PayPal One for 2Checkout I need this done fast and for a good price. Only bid if you tottally understand PHP, MySQL, have previous experience and everything else. Thank-you.

Hello, We have integrated a billing software that has 2checkout and PayPal integrated in it. The billing softwares purpose is different than your requirement, but we can easily customize what you need. Need some clarifcation on the requirement as well that is posted in the PMB.
