298502 Small dynamic area needed-PHP

This is an extremely simple job, but if the chosen programmer can accomplish this to my satisfaction, and within the agreed time, I will have more jobs (larger) for them in the near future. The site is [login to view URL] I need the photo and text on the right column "Featured Item" to be dynamic. This displays on every page of the site. I would like an admin area that lets me easily add multiple listings of photos, copy, and a corresponding hyperlink. I would like to be able to have these auto rotate on each page refresh/load. I'd be happy to answer any questions about this project.
