CD based calculator tool application

Very simple calculator tool to run from a CD that performs a few simple calculations to give a price of a product based on the information added. The interface will be designed & built by us in HTML, we will need a coder to simply provide the coding to perform the calculation. A coder has already advised this can be done using Java? But we need to take the lead from your bid as to how you want to make it. Attached is a mock up of how the interface will look - you can see various boxes where numbers can be added which gradually go through to give a grand total figure. I have also attached an excel sheet with all the calculations / formulas in it so you can see what needs to happen behind the scenes. We will put all the final files onto CD for the client so we just need you to develop online (we can provide a dev area for you on our server) or send us finished files to burn to CD If you have any other questions just let us know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CD based PC Based Needs to run from CD - nothing is to be installed onto the users machine!
